Individual sessions are scheduled for approximately 55 minutes and conducted one on one. Client dictates goals in the assessment and then are reviewed periodically  throughout the duration of the therapeutic relationship. 

Family sessions are intended for adult family members working to improve dynamics and relationship between family members. Family work on creating empathy, creating a safe way to express needs, and then working together to meet those needs moving forward. This service is cash based per session.

Service provided for clients committed to an ongoing therapeutic relationship with this therapist. As part of individual session, I provide letters for medical transition.
