Additional Resources
As part of my personal and professional ethics, I want any person visiting this site to be able to find the resources tailored to their needs. Often, we think that mental health is just the thoughts we think in our head, but it's also our access to food, shelter, and community.
Below are resources in Washington State as well as additional handouts and suggested books for your personal growth journey.
National Resource Directory
ph. 211 or
ph. 1-877-211-9274
tx. "211WAOD" to 898211
This is a great resource struggling to know where to start or learn what is in their area. United Way has the most expansive resource directory in the U.S. and by simply sharing the zip code you need resources in, can have access to many programs and organizations nearby either accessing their website or by simply calling 211 ( which is never a bot!). If you can think of it, they can tell you if that kind of support exists locally.
